🌶️ About Us
Neurospicy London Ltd – Where Being Wired Differently Is Something to Celebrate
We’re a UK-based, neurodivergent-led brand creating bold, joyful, and practical products for people who live life outside the lines — and for the neurotypical people who love them.
From ADHD-friendly planners to empowering t-shirts and downloadable tools, everything we make is designed to say:
“There’s nothing wrong with your brain — it’s just spicy.”
đź‘‹ Who We Are
We’re a neurodivergent family — led by an adoptive parent, and late-diagnosed ADHDer — with lived experience of trauma, joy, paperwork, persistence, and a lot of neurodiverse energy.
Our son was adopted as a young child. He came to us already carrying the effects of in-utero trauma from exposure to substances. His development has been shaped by that history — but it doesn’t define him.
The name we gave him means “small fiery warrior.” And he is exactly that.
He’s cheerful, funny, kind, and deeply empathetic.
If you didn’t know his history, you’d just think he was a very active little boy.
But like many neurodivergent children, he’s layered — and once you know him, you see how remarkable he truly is.
đź’¬ Why We Exist
We’ve fought for:
âś… Diagnoses
âś… Speech therapy
âś… EHCP support
âś… School placements
âś… And the everyday dignity of just being understood
Neurospicy London Ltd was built to make that fight easier for others.
With resources that actually help.
With humour that helps you breathe.
And with products that say what most parents are too tired to repeat.
♿ Changing the Conversation
On a flight home from Australia, we requested early boarding to help settle our son.
A flight steward, unaware we were nearby, said:
“Why does he have special assistance — is he retarded?”
In that moment, I realised:
We’re not just making things.
We’re rewriting how people see neurodivergence.
🌱 What We Believe
-
You don’t need to be fixed
-
Ladders shouldn’t come with waiting lists
-
Parents deserve support without proving they’ve “earned it”
-
And kids like ours deserve to be seen, not “managed”
We overshare. We say the quiet parts out loud.
And we do it because someone has to — so families like ours don’t feel alone anymore.
We’re so glad you’re here.
Let’s get spicy.
💌 Don’t see yourself yet? Let us know.
If there’s a neurodivergent or disabled identity we haven’t represented yet — whether it’s rare, acquired, misunderstood, or often left out — and you’d love to see merch that speaks to it:
We want to hear from you.
This is your space too.
Everyone’s welcome. Always.
