🚚 Order Processing & Fulfilment

Most of our products are made to order, especially for you. That means we don't hold stock — your item is printed and shipped directly from our production partners (like Printful, Printify, or BookVault) once your order is placed.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping time: Varies by location (see below)

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

📦 Multi-Item Orders

If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may ship separately — especially if they’re produced by different fulfilment partners. You won’t pay extra for this.


🛃 Customs & Import Fees

For international orders (outside the UK), customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. These are your responsibility as the customer.


❌ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

We use trusted couriers, but sometimes things go wrong.

If your item hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged:

  • Please email support@neurospicylondon.com with your order number and any photos or tracking info.

  • We’ll investigate and, where appropriate, send a free replacement or issue a refund.
