Returns & Refunds – Neurospicy London Ltd

At Neurospicy London Ltd, most of our items are made to order using high-quality print-on-demand partners. This helps us reduce waste and offer inclusive, unique designs. Because of this, we do not hold stock and cannot accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty.

🔁 Returns Policy

  • Physical items (like planners, t-shirts, or mugs) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Digital downloads are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.

  • If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a free replacement or refund.

📦 To Report an Issue

Please email us at support@neurospicylondon.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
