All physical products are made-to-order and shipped from our production partners (e.g. Printful, BookVault).

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

7. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

If your item is defective or damaged:

  • Email support@neurospicylondon.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos of the issue

  • We will offer a free replacement or refund where appropriate

Digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.
